Alex Beacham

Alex joined Cushman & Wakefield, formerly DTZ, in July 2009 as an Associate in the Tampa office. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Alex has worked on an array of projects that vary in both size and complexity. He has completed transactions in many markets throughout the country and has also served the needs of various companies in the Tampa Bay area. Alex is experienced in developing and implementing creative solutions that address his clients’ present space demands, while supporting long-term business plans. Alex has assisted regional and national firms with lease restructures, renewals, relocations, acquisitions and dispositions. His current clients range from local financial institutions to Fortune 500 corporations. Prior Experience: Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Beacham attended to Florida State University, where he dual majored and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Real Estate and Finance. While with C&W, he has developed strong cold calling, client management, and follow up skills which he continues to use in the commercial real estate industry.
