Alec Volle

Alec joined JLL in 2022 as part of the Retail Advisory Services Group. Alec’s background and passion for data analytics provides a unique approach and perspective to real estate advisory. Alec assists retailers with site selection and lease negotiation throughout Georgia. In addition to representing retail tenants, Alec provides leasing and marketing expertise for the owners of large-scale retail and mixed-use projects in urban Atlanta as well as select suburban submarkets. Prior to joining JLL, Alec graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance. After college, Alec was a commercial appraiser trainee where he performed valuations for real estate funds, public and private REITs, corporate, institutional and franchise real estate owners. In his spare time, he enjoys playing pickleball and basketball with his friends, traveling, and trying out new Atlanta restaurants. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
