Alcide Longoria
Mr. Longoria is currently responsible for office and tenant leasing, land brokerge and industrial leasing. Alcide, has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in agency leasing, industrial leasing, land brokerage, development and asset management. Prior to JLL, Alcide worked at a family real estate office with a diversified portfolio of office, retail, industrial and land holdings in South Texas and Northern Mexico. Previous to that, Alcide worked at REOC Partners where he was focused on development and asset management and leasing activities related to those projects. He has real estate experience in South Texas and Mexico and has been involved in acquisitions and sales of various real estate product types.
