Alberto Caballero brings extensive knowledge of the Southwest market to the WRA team and his clients, having lived in New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona. Alberto is responsible for providing ongoing oversight of leasing activities on behalf of existing landlord clients that include Vestar, Kimco and Site Centers. On the tenant side, he focuses on executing tenant growth requirements and expansion strategies for national retailers, as well as new-to-market concepts like Dave’s Hot Chicken, Atomic Provisions, and MUTTS Canine Cantina. Prior to joining WRA, he spent six years working in the sports and entertainment industry, most recently with the Phoenix Suns. He was responsible for generating revenue for various premium experiences with outbound B2B sales efforts, prospecting, and cultivating relationships in the Phoenix market. Alberto is a graduate of The University of New Mexico and is an active member of NAIOP, ICSC and Urban Land Institute’s Young Leadership Group. Outside the office, he spends his free time at the gym and looking for ways to visit the nearest beach. He resides in Phoenix with his family, and his Bernese mountain dog, Champ.
