Alana Moylan

Alayna is a St. Louis native who joined the L3 team in September of 2021 and has been in commercial real estate for over four years. Alana specializes in local, regional and national tenant representation and landlord representation through market research analysis, lease and LOI negotiations, site selection, relocation, and renewal services. Alana began her career as an Intern with Cushman & Wakefield before transitioning full-time on the H&R Block account. Over those next two years, she grew her commercial real estate knowledge by working alongside national clients including Edward Jones and GameStop. Alana had negotiated over 150 leases, renewals and amendments saving her clients over $270K in rental abatement. Recently, her main focus has been finding market rollout opportunities for Healix Infusion Services and Good Day Farm.
