Alana Crumbley

As a commercial real estate advisor (licensed in Florida and New York), I devote myself to my community by helping people make educated and informed decisions for their business and investment needs. Through the use of my interior design education/experience plus the tools and resources of Berkshire Hathaway, I am able to envision and create possibilities for my customers. I frequently engage with architects, engineers, general contractors, developers, investors and other professionals in our community. My commercial portfolio consists of designing large senior living complexes, retail and restaurants, selling and valuing investment properties as well as businesses, market research and reporting, among other projects. Proficient skills in programs such as AutoCAD and Revit, and an education in LEED architecture and design, allow me to uniquely approach each project. I enjoy taking part in opportunities to make our Bay Area a better place to live, such as being a member of ULI, sustainability committees, professional groups for women in the workplace, and supporting the increase of local farms in our neighborhoods. I am always looking for more opportunities to educate myself and get involved in community efforts.
