Alan Yaffe

Alan Yaffe has been with United Realty since 1982 and a principal of Triangle Properties since 1986. He has successfully sold and leased millions of square feet of commercial and industrial property and has represented many local, regional and national companies in their acquisition or disposition of real estate. Mr. Yaffe has played a vital role in the management and conclusion of numerous build-to-suit industrial and R&D transactions, assisting in site selection, building, financing and economic incentives provided by towns, counties and states. Furthermore, he has been awarded assignments by landlords and by court-appointed receivers to lease and manage multi-tenant properties on an exclusive basis. Mr. Yaffe is active in a variety of local community and charitable organizations and he is a member of Long Island Real Estate Group and Commercial Industrial Brokers Society. Mr.Yaffe holds a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Miami.
