Alan Tan

Mr. Tan has been involved in the leasing and sale of commercial real estate for more than 30 years. He is also a seasoned investment advisor, having served as Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in New York City. Alan specializes in retail real estate, as he is also an experienced restauranteur, having owned and operated an award-winning Asian restaurant in Silver Spring, Maryland for many years. Alan loves to serve the community he lives in. He served as the president of Lions Club in Brooklyn, New York, and also served as a board member of VisArts at Rockville, MD. Mr. Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from SUNY at Stony Brook. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is licensed to sell and lease commercial real estate in Maryland and Virginia.
