Alan Shaw

As Senior Vice President and Senior Landlord Advisor, Alan is responsible for leading and managing all leasing, administrative, research, and GIS resources assigned to each leasing engagement under his direction. Alan and his team work together to create each project’s vision, customizing each leasing strategy and executing each game plan with efficiency and effectiveness. Alan successfully represents institutional and private owners and developers across an assortment of retail properties including single-tenant buildings, unanchored strip centers, power centers, mixed-use projects, and land dispositions. Alan’s depth of experience includes long-standing industry relationships and deal-making experience working with national, regional, and local retailers and restaurateurs along with alternative uses such as service and medical. Alan was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and joined TSCG in 2003. A graduate of The University of South Florida, Alan served as co-chairman on the Chainlinks Landlord Council for 3 years and has served for a number of years as a committee member on ICSC’s Southeast Convention. Alan is consistently selected annually as a “Power Broker” for the value he creates on behalf of his clients. Alan is married and has 2 children.
