For 22 years Alan Rasmussen ran a business with a great deal of honesty and integrity. Clients deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and dedication to service. His goal is to educate, make the process stress free, even fun, and hopefully have customers for years. Alan is a graduate of Westminster Choir College in Princeton with a BA in Music Education and Performance. His initial realtor education was received from the Professional School of Business in Millburn, and he is constantly in continued education with fifteen diplomas/certifications, including a commercial CCIM C1 Diploma, a broker's license, and in 2013 received a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation as well. Alan’s past experience was as President of R & L Industries, Inc. (manufacturer representatives in the Plastics industry), which allowed him to service and represent clients in an honest and professional way. His continued education keeps his clients at the forefront of current sales/marketing techniques to give the best the real estate industry provides. As a child, Alan lived all over the State of NJ, specifically in Moorestown (Southern NJ), Scotch Plains (Central NJ), and Kinnelon (Northern NJ). Since 1970, he grew up in Westfield and currently lives in town with his wife Debra. For the past 22 years he ran a family business and has been a professional singer in the tri-state area, taking part in over twenty recordings and appearing on "Late Night with David Letterman," "The Today Show," and multiple "Live at Lincoln Center" broadcasts.
