Alan Peters

Alan Peters joined Savills in 2016 as a Senior Managing Director, and became Branch Manager of the Austin office in 2018. Alan’s experience, both in commercial real estate and his earlier consulting career, spans a wide spectrum of industries, including law, engineering, and technology. As part of an experienced, multi-disciplinary team, Alan uses sophisticated analytical and data visualization skills to help clients make informed decisions. Alan also has a long track record of creative, innovative, and off market client solutions. Alan currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Austin Technology Council. Other past activities include the Austin Area Research Organization’s McBee Fellowship, Leadership Austin’s Essential Class, the Austin CityWorks Academy, and serving as the President of the Capital City A&M Club. He has also earned some of the most coveted recognitions in commercial real estate; the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (“SIOR”) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) designations, and was named a “Heavy Hitter” by the Austin Business Journal.
