Alan Napack

Alan Napack has over 30 years of real estate experience, which has provided him with unsurpassed knowledge of local retail real estate markets throughout North America. His ability to identify optimum retail locations and to negotiate cost-effective leases has enabled a host of national and international retailers. Mr. Napack has completed over 1,000,000 square feet of retail leases on behalf of landlords such as Millennium Partner, Jay Schwimmer, Ceres Real Estate, Simon Properties, General Growth and other New York Landlords. Mr. Napack is a graduate of Boston University’s Business Management School and attended the New York University School of Real Estate. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Napack was a principal in Retail Development Partners. Additionally, he was president of AJN Realty Advisors.
