Al Coulolias' nearly 30 years of experience as a business owner – in addition to his knowledge of commercial real estate – makes him an excellent resource on sales and negotiations for his National Realty Network clients. His educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in biology from Loyola University. Al spent the bulk of his business career founding then leading a telecommunications corporation, which reached $15 million in annual sales. After selling his firm to a Fortune 500 company, Al became an equity owner in a foodservice company. The intense marketing strategy he helped develop and implement allowed this firm to dramatically increase its revenues to $100 million. As a result, the operation was ranked in Money Magazine’s “Top 500 Fastest-Growing Companies” in 1985 and 1986. Then Al turned his attention to commercial real estate, becoming a partner in a Chicago real estate venture. This allowed Al to hone his skills in property management and leasing, plus a number of aspects of real estate investment. In addition, Al joined a national commercial real estate firm. Here, he successfully represented buyers and sellers in multi-million dollar transactions. Al is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the National Association of Realtors, and the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors. He holds an Illinois Real Estate Salesperson’s License, and is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member status. Al also is a past board member of Holy Apostles Church in Westchester, Illinois; and a fundraiser for the Leukemia Foundation.
