AJ Hawkins

AJ began his career in commercial real estate in 2015, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Since then, he has represented a wide variety of clients in brokerage transactions, gaining experience in industrial, office, retail, and multi-family asset classes. AJ also co-founded a property management company which he eventually merged into North Rock Real Estate, and where he is a contributor to growing the firm’s management portfolio. AJ represents his clientele using a wide range of industry-leading technology platforms, proprietary in-house analytics, and state-of-the-art marketing tools. In addition to brokerage and management activities, AJ has completed the development of multiple commercial properties where he lead all aspects of design, construction, debt & equity sourcing, and overall asset management. AJ focuses on new development, brokerage, and management opportunities with the firm.
