Aileen Mendoza
Aileen is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a degree in international business and specializes in commercial real estate where she provides a wide range of services, including helping commercial property owners lease vacant space, helping businesses find the best location to expand and finding office space for individuals to start or grow their business. Aileen uses her commercial real estate experience and skill to transform properties into their highest and best use, which not only makes the community a better place to live but creates jobs and opportunities. Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty, Aileen worked for a private equity firm where she was instrumental in the development of a multi-million dollar project to revitalize Canal Street, and she brings the experience of completing large complex situations to help her clients solve their commercial real estate needs. She is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is fluent in Spanish.
