As a result, the majority of Adrienne’s business comes from referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients, attorneys, mortgage brokers and co-op boards. Before joining Brown Harris Stevens, Adrienne was a top broker with Corcoran Group Real Estate following a career in Public Relations and Marketing for international development and relief organizations, including Doctors Without Borders and The Peace Corp. Adrienne received multiple Corcoran honors, including “Member of Corcoran’s Multimillion Dollar Club.” She ranked in the top 2% of NRT’s (Corcoran’s parent company) 61,000 sales people during the height of the banking/real estate crisis in the fourth quarter of 2008 and consistently in subsequent quarters. Adrienne’s professionalism has been strongly influenced by her formal education in language and literature. She holds an MA in French from Middlebury College and a diplôme d’études approfondies in Linguistics from the Université de Paris-X. She takes a thoughtful, intellectual approach to helping buyers and sellers, providing sellers with a written marketing plan that clearly outlines her sales strategy and extensive analysis supporting recommended pricing. She’s a native of West Hartford, Connecticut, where she attended the Kingswood-Oxford School. Adrienne has lived in France, Israel and Norway. An avid reader, she has been a member of the Best Book Club in New York City for almost 20 years. She loves to ski and is a pretty darn good knitter. She also loves to sail. She lives on the Upper East Side with her daughter and is a member of her building’s co-op board.
