With over 8 years of commercial real estate experience representing healthcare tenants and landlords throughout VA, MD, and DC, Adrian brings to the table extensive knowledge of the local market and of the nuances of medical real estate leasing and purchasing. He is proud to represent a number of world-class, award-winning medical real estate developers and investment management firms, including Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, Howard Hughes Corporation, and Lerner Enterprises. Prior to joining Gittleson Zuppas, Adrian worked at the Ezra Company and a technology-driven small business lender. He holds an Economics and Business Degree from Virginia Military Institute.
