Adria Giacomelli

Adria attended San Francisco State University, where she majored in business administration and entrepreneurship. She also attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and holds a degree in Fashion Design. Adria currently represents landlords in leasing more than 3.5 million square feet of retail space and is a leader of Lockehouse’s Landlord Leasing and Sales Division. Prior to joining Lockehouse she was a managing director with Newmark Cornish & Carey’s retail team, specializing in landlord representation for retail centers throughout northern California. Prior to joining Newmark Cornish & Carey, Adria served as an associate with Grubb & Ellis, where she was responsible for retail leasing and sales. Prior to that, she was with Colliers International for five years. While with Colliers, Adria was named Rookie of the Year in 2008 and was an honoree for the 2010 Colliers National Rising Star Award. Adria received the CoStar Power Broker Award, East Bay, in 2010-2013 and 2015-2022. Adria lives in San Ramon with her husband of 28 years, Glenn Griffin and their daughter Quinncy, and son Owen. Their furry children include Huey the Newfy, Kitty the cat and 14+ finches.
