Adam serves as Delphi’s Senior Associate responsible for industrial sales and leasing. Adam draws upon a wealth of business experience, a stellar educational background from Princeton and USC, and general affability to work with his clients to accomplish their goal – running a profitable business. In his first two years in the industry, he has over $30 million worth of industrial deals, including winning Delphi’s award for largest transaction in 2021. He’s won Rookie of the Year to the San Fernando Valley Business Journal and nominated for transaction of the year by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Adam joined Delphi in 2020. Since this time, Adam has completed some of the largest /most complex transactions in the East San Fernando Valley, including a 100,000 square foot sale within his first two years. Key clients include: Staley Point Capital, Winsupply, Ahern Rentals, Block Renovation and many more Prior to joining Delphi and post MBA, Adam spent over three years in Singapore consulting for technology firms and governments across Southeast Asia. For the past decade, he’s been consulting for companies across verticals, from finance to manufacturing to technology. His diverse background allows him to take a holistic view of his clients’ needs and helps him see the whole picture while addressing how their real estate fits in with their overall business needs. Earlier in his career, Adam co-founded a successful data management startup, worked for one of the largest fixed-income managers in the country, and built out ERP systems for manufacturing plants in the US and Mexico. He even spent a summer working for Elon Musk at SpaceX! Adam holds an economics degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business. While in college, he played strong safety on the Ivy League champion Princeton Tigers and continues to stay active to this day. On the weekends, you can find him climbing mountains on his skis, his mountain bike, or by foot.
