Adam Shamooelian

Adam, President at the Shamooelian Real Estate Group, specializes in the sale and acquisition of development, multifamily and investment properties in Los Angeles county as well as the USC Student Housing Submarket. Prior to founding the team, Adam worked for a prominent multifamily developer, providing him extensive knowledge and experience in the underwriting and construction process of multi-family buildings. Adam’s dedication to increasing value and returns for his clients has helped him gain the trust of many property owners. He proactively advises clients on changes in the real estate market, as well as pending legislation relevant to property owners - making sure his clients are always up to date with how their assets are performing in the present and their projected performance in the future. Adam combines a mix of relentless work ethic and a proactive wide-scale marketing approach to assist property owners in maximizing their real estate investment portfolios. Adam graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Outside of the office, Adam enjoys swimming, playing sports, and reading a wide variety of different genres of books. He is also fluent in Hebrew and conversational Farsi.
