Over the last fifteen years at CBRE’s headquarters in Los Angeles, Adam Seltzer has completed 10 million square feet in transactions on behalf of a diverse client roster that includes multi-national media firms, financial institutions and law firms. These transactions range from complex headquarter relocations, mission critical and technologically challenging studios, and JV partnership agreements. While Adam is known as a respected market leader in Greater Los Angeles, he also helps clients manage their global real estate portfolios with experience negotiating leases in some of the largest foreign markets. Adam believes in providing a complete real estate solution to his clients working alongside architects, project managers, and contractors. With his team of analysts and workplace strategists, he helps build detailed financial models and create vibrant and efficient workplaces. Adam Seltzer joined CBRE after receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. While at CBRE, Adam also earned a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School through their part-time evening program. He also completed course work in international business transactions at the Catholic University Law School of Argentina.
