Adam Rubenstein

Adam Rubenstein joined JLL in August 2020 to help lead the Agency division of the JLL Denver retail team. Adam’s focus is primarily on Landlord representation, single-tenant development and acquiring retail real estate. Adam has extensive knowledge and experience leasing existing retail and office space, as well as acquiring retail properties. Adam has leased a wide variety of retail centers including grocery-anchored centers, power centers, free-standing buildings and strip centers. Adam has 11 years of commercial real estate experience, including one year at The Zall Company, 5 years with Legend partners, and prior to joining JLL, Adam was with Crosbie Real Estate Group, LLC. Adam has developed 9 early childhood development facilities across the Front Range, which included contracting for the land, spearheading the entitlement process, securing financing and managing construction.
