Adam Rochlin

Adam Rochlin, founder and principal of The Rochlin Organization, is an accomplished real estate professional with over 35-years of experience in suburban office markets. As Manager of The Rochlin Organization, Adam oversees approximately 40-exclusive agencies encompassing over 3-million square feet on both Long Island and in Connecticut. The firm of 15-salespeople, close an average of 100-deals per year including both lease and investment sale transactions. Prior to establishing The Rochlin Organization, Adam held Asset Management positions with two of the area’s largest real estate largest real estate owners, structuring real estate transactions on their behalf through-out the Long Island and tristate regions. Adam began his career at a local boutique commercial real estate firm on Long Island in the 1980’s, transitioning to CBRE / Cushman & Wakefield thereafter. Adam has been a member of the Commercial Industrial Broker’s Society (CIBS) since its inception, is a founding member of the Long Island Alzheimer & Dementia Center's real estate charitable committee and is a member of The Long island Real Estate Group (LIREG). Adam has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1986.
