Adam joined Wisely Commercial Realty with a great knowledge of owning, operating and turning around manufactured home communities. Adam is a graduate of Coe College and specializes in brokering manufactured housing communities and also providing consulting for owners. Adam is also an owner/operator of over 500 units between manufactured housing communities and apartment complexes. Adam has overseen acquisitions of more than 2,500 units throughout the Midwest; has arranged the purchase of 200 brand new manufactured homes and overseen the renovation of more than 150 used homes. Adam has increased occupancy from 30% to 85% in one of his first turnaround communities of 175 sites.
