Adam K. Richards

Mr. Richards specializes in representing industrial and office landlords and tenants in their real estate interests. He also oversees Reliant Real Estate Partners acquisition and development projects along with Tyler Fann. Mr. Richards previously worked at Resource Real Estate Partners, LLC for six years where he represented institutional and corporate clients in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits, development and consulting. Additionally, while at Resource Real Estate Partners, LLC, Mr. Richards structured several complex acquisitions both as a principal investor and on behalf of his institutional and private equity clients. Mr. Richards began his real estate career in 2000 as an industrial landlord representative with Trammell Crow Company where his team was responsible for a portfolio exceeding 15 million square feet for clients such as Invesco, Crow Family Holdings, TIAA, TA Realty Associates and Manulife Financial. Mr. Richards then joined Trammell Crow Company’s growing tenant representation and corporate services team where he focused on site selection, lease analysis, and negotiations for major corporate clients including Tyco, Panasonic, Briggs & Stratton, Recall Total Information Management, Ozburn-Hessey Logistics and Metso Paper. During his real estate career, Mr. Richards has been named by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors as a Top Producer, L. Frederick Glass, Jr. Rookie of the Year Award recipient and Phoenix Award recipient. Additionally, he has received the CoStar Power Broker distinction multiple years. Mr. Richards attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. Mr. Richards is married with two sons and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
