Adam Handfield

Adam Handfield is a senior associate in the Newport Beach office and part of the project leasing team out of Southern California. His focus is on landlord representation and disposition working closely with the growing Newport Beach team. Adam has worked with some of Southern California’s largest and most active landlords to create synergistic and successful tenant lineups with top national, regional, and local businesses. Additionally, he has worked with top national brands in the disposition, subleasing, restructuring and rightsizing of existing stores in a rapidly changing retail environment. Most recently, Adam has helped landlords navigate the shifting retail landscape of the Covid-19 pandemic by exercising local knowledge and relationships to ensure landlords have tenants that can stand the test of time. Adam grew up in Mission Viejo, California, where he won back-to-back California Interscholastic Federation championships and was ranked as an all-state offensive lineman on the Tesoro High School Football team.
