Adam has been a part of the nationally known retail team at Bennett Williams Commercial since 2009 where he partners with other senior agents to provide superior customer service with a focus on Tenant Representation for expanding Regional and National Retailers. Throughout his career, Adam has had the opportunity to represent high profile retailers in sectors like grocery, fast food, discount retail, coffee, fast casual/ quick service restaurant (QSR), convenience store, car wash, and hospitality. This hands-on experience with numerous retail organizations and industries has afforded him a unique perspective on understanding what is important to a retailer and what drives the best real estate locations. On a daily basis, Adam works hands-on with numerous local and national developers providing expert assistance with their site selection and development process for retail-oriented projects throughout the region. These projects range from existing building retrofits to single tenant net lease properties to large multi-tenant grocery anchored ground-up developments. Adam, with the assistance of numerous members of the retail team, also handles the leasing for over 50 retail properties including anchored shopping centers, high profile land, and new development projects. Adam takes great pride in having close relationships with other brokers in the community and continually striving to become the best he can be. Adam routinely attends highly regarded business development courses throughout the country. These include numerous Echelon Front’s Muster Leadership courses, two Black Swan Group negotiation seminars held by former FBI Hostage negotiator Chris Voss, and an alumni of the Massimo Commercial Real Estate 1-on-1 Coaching program. As an active member of Retail Brokers Network, Adam serves as the Northeast Co-Captain of the Tenant Representation Council. Adam also annually attends the Restaurant Finance and Development Conference (RFDC) and stays very active with ICSC by annually attending the Las Vegas RECON show and all the Northeast conventions.
