Adam Grimm
Adam Grimm is an Associate Director in Newmark’s Houston office and a member of the tenant representation team, specializing in office and industrial lease and purchase negotiations, site selection, market, demographic and financial analyses, space programming and strategic planning for select corporate clients. Grimm’s broad local experience, straightforward approach and attention to detail have earned Grimm respect among his peers and has allowed him to build a strong clientele in the oil and gas, engineering, IT and distribution/manufacturing sectors. Grimm joined Newmark in 2018, when the firm acquired acclaimed tenant representation firm Jackson Cooksey, which he joined in 2013. He previously spent a year as an Analyst in the oil and gas industry. This experience provided him with invaluable knowledge of this very specialized market, which he leverages to provide strategic solutions that meet his clients’ organizational and financial goals.
