Adam Greenberg
Adam has played a crucial role in rolling out top retailers throughout Washington State.
Adam Greenberg joined the Kirkland First Western Properties office in 2008. Prior to joining First Western, Adam was a dedicated midfield lacrosse player for Western Washington University. His completive spirit led him to a tenured career in motorsports working alongside top-tier Indy Car and Nascar teams supplying them with custom racing gear. Adam has played a crucial role in rolling out top retailers throughout Washington State to include T-Mobile, MOD Pizza, ATI Physical Therapy, and Grocery Outlet among many others Regional and National Tenants. He has also been very successful representing and leasing numerous properties for Landlord’s in the PNW a few notable clients to include Kimco Realty, Goodman Real Estate, and Kite Realty. Outside of work Adam is a lifelong mariner and frequents the San Juan’s and Gulf Islands with his wife Jordan on their boat throughout the year. Adam also has a passion for vintage cars and you can find him on any given weekend in his garage tinkering on his cars.
