Adam Goodman

Since 2004, Adam has been focused exclusively on retail real estate. He has over 15 years of experience in the areas of retail tenant representation, landlord representation, surplus property disposition, commercial sales, land assemblage & market analysis throughout the State of Michigan and beyond. That singular retail focus has allowed him to become a trusted advisor to Landlords and Tenants alike. Adam began his real estate career in 2004 with LaKritz-Weber & Company where he learned the business and honed his skills alongside some of the industries most talented brokers. In 2011, Adam united with other esteemed brokers from the Metro Detroit area, coming together under the newly established Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan, Inc. Over the course of his career, Adam has completed hundreds of transactions with a collective value approaching $500 million dollars. Adam received his JD from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and his BS in Political Science from Eastern Michigan University. Adam resides in West Bloomfield with his wife Stacey and his two children, Noah and Sydney. On the tenant side, Adam is actively working with retailers and restaurants throughout Michigan, including: The Container Store, Williams Sonoma Brands, Shake Shack, Sleep Number, T-Mobile, 7-Eleven, Capital One Café, Big Blue Swim School, Orange Theory Fitness, Restore, Diamonds Direct & Xfinity. Adam’s clients depend on his relationships, market knowledge, creativity and ability to get deals done. On the product side, Adam actively represents some of Michigan’s largest and most experienced landlords including: Inland, RPT, AF Jonna Development, Group 10 Management and Grand Sakwa Properties.
