Based in Salt Lake City, Gatto is committed to the disposition, development, acquisition, and recapitalization of Multifamily and Hotel Assets. As an active Investment Banking advisor with 20 years experience and over $1.0 billion in multifamily and hotel sales transactions, Gatto takes pride in being able to expand the market share of opportunities for his clients in the Mountain West region of the country. Gatto is a licensed real estate Broker who also holds Securities Licenses Series 7, 63, 65. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Finance, and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah, as well as a Certification in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
