Adam Friedlander is a Senior Vice President with Beta Agency, a select team of professionals that specialize in the sale, purchase, and recapitalization of retail properties throughout the United States. The Beta Agency retail team offers an array of core services including: Retail disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 Exchange transactions, portfolio analysis, valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, leasing and tenant representation. Adam has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience as an Investment Sales advisor with over $1.00 Billion in transaction volume comprised of more than 2 Million square feet. He has purchased and sold commercial property for pension fund advisors, RElTs, developers, private high net worth, 1031 exchange and foreign investors. Prior to joining Beta in 2022, Adam was a Director with JLL, where he assisted clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail investments throughout the country. Prior to JLL, he was a Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap where he specialized in the acquisition & disposition of single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties throughout the U.S.
