Adam Diamant

Is the managing director of the company and oversees the day to day running of the company. His main passion is working on development sales and acquisitions as well as brining in new business. Adam has handled a substantial number of commercial property transactions since joining the practise in 2002. He has built up relationships with many prestigious clients including Higgins PLC, London & Regional PLC, Freshwater and Lee Baron as well as many independent and local owners/ developers. Adam joined the practise 2002 after a successful 6 year tenure as a trader and market maker in the city working for Natwest Stockbrokers, Investec and Knight Securities. Adam has helped to grow the company which has tripled in size since joining, specifically the property management department which continues to expand He has built up an extensive local knowledge/client base and prides himself on taking a pro-active approach to all matters relating to the company. He believes the company is only as good it's staff and encourages his staff to be the best that they can be. Adam enjoys meeting clients and helping clients to add value to their properties. Adam is a family man and has a passion for the best team in north London (Spurs incase you were unsure).
