Adam Carroll, PhD specializes in residential, B&B, commercial, and land properties in the Texas Hill Country. Licensed since 2020, Adam combines his local knowledge of Fredericksburg and professional expertise to ensure a seamless and enjoyable real estate experience for his clients. A Fredericksburg native, Adam graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Spanish and an MBA, later building a career in advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy development with Jones Lang LaSalle and Accenture. Adam went on to graduate with a PhD in Business Management from The University of the Incarnate Word and continues to enhance his skill set, making him uniquely qualified to represent buyers and sellers alike. In his free time, Adam enjoys visiting the shops and galleries on Main Street and participating in Fredericksburg’s many festivals and events.
