With over 10 years of experience representing a large variety of office & healthcare Tenants and Landlords, Adam focuses on defining his clients’ real estate needs and providing innovative, cost-effective solutions in and around Metro Atlanta. Adam provides lease negotiation, space evaluation, development, design consulting and countless other services for his clients. By comprehensively understanding his clients’ business goals and objectives and leveraging his in-depth market knowledge, Mr. Butler delivers strategic planning and real estate solutions that align his clients’ real estate needs with their business strategies. He works with his clients throughout the entire transaction process, from defining the space requirement through construction and move-in. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Finance from the University of Alabama, Adam began his career in Real Estate in 2007 with Ackerman & Co where he gained valuable office & medical-office brokerage experience. He is currently a licensed real estate salesperson in both Georgia and Alabama. Actively involved in the community, Adam is a three-year board member of the Physicians Care Clinic, member of the Medshare Southeast Council, and six-year board member, founder and active President of Jewish Networking Atlanta. Adam lives with his wife in Brookhaven.
