ABOUT

Since 2013, Adam Blue has worked with developers, investors and retailers in the commercial real estate industry. Before joining Elevate in 2020, Adam kick-started his real estate career with an active and fast-growing development company, with a focus on building single-tenant assets throughout the Midwest. Adam was also instrumental in sourcing the developer’s acquisition of multi-tenant shopping centers and other retail properties. Adam then transitioned to AREA Real Estate Advisors, where he used his invaluable experience to source opportunities for a wider variety of investor and developer clients. While at AREA, Adam also expanded his horizons by representing many regional and national tenants in their site selection and market expansion programs. Adam’s primary focus at Elevate Property Advisors continues to center on the acquisition and development of retail properties, although he also sources opportunities in all asset classes for his numerous investor relationships and clients. Adam also continues to work with high-quality regional and national retailers in their site selection and market expansion efforts. Adam believes that his relationships in the business world and broader community are his most valuable assets. Adam earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Arkansas. He then attended and graduated from the highly-regarded MBA program at Avila University. Adam is a native of Kansas City and currently lives in Leawood, KS with his wife and two sons.
