In 2015 Adam moved from his hometown of Portland to Bellevue, WA for a Development Associate position at American Capital Group. There, he quickly advanced to a Senior Development Coordinator position and worked on and managed three multifamily projects totaling 524-units, including market-rate and affordable apartment homes. He was responsible for owner representation and managed budgets, schedules, permits, and consultants in order to achieve the most cost-effective and buildable design. In early 2018 Adam decided to move back to Portland and join Doug Bean & Associates.
