As a Vice President within CBRE’s Tri-State Region Retail Services Team, Adam Bass works closely with clients to create opportunities that meet demanding real estate requirements. Mr. Bass’ ability to structure creative real estate solutions is a testament to his comprehensive strategic approach, market intelligence and business acumen. Adam is actively involved in all phases of the transaction lifecycle, including early renewals, relocations, purchase acquisitions and sale dispositions for various proprietorships and corporate users. In 2017, he partnered with Eric Gillman with the vision of a creating a collaborative and analytical team approach to servicing clients’ every need. With proprietary market intelligence, the team executes exceptional outcomes while delivering the complete spectrum of strategic advisory and transaction services, across all property types. Collectively, they serve as National Transaction Managers for OneMain Financial, regional representation for Quest Diagnostics PSC., as well as numerous tenants and landlords within the Tri-state region. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Bass owned and operated a chain of retail home furnishing stores on Long Island servicing the Tri-State area over a 16-year period. Mr. Bass began his real estate career at Breslin Realty Development Corp. (BRDC).
