Adam Abrams

Adam Abrams brings over 17 years of commercial real estate experience to LANE4. His vast history of successful brokerage in office and medical assets has led him to complete well over 500 transactions throughout his career and solidify a reputation as one of the top office brokers in the region. Adam was awarded a CoStar Power Broker award in 2017 and 2020, based on individual transaction volume. Adam began his career at Prudential CRES Commercial Realty before spending 15 years at AREA Real Estate Advisors, most recently serving as Vice President and Director of the Office Division. While at AREA, Adam served his own clients in their tenant representation, project leasing, and investment advisory needs, as well as overseeing the Office Division team. Among his many notable projects, Adam collaborated on the repositioning of Executive Centre (now Apex 435), a three-building, 300,000+ sf office park in Overland Park, KS, as well as a similar repositioning of Park Renaissance, a two-building, 295,000+ sf park, also located in Overland Park, KS. Adam’s list of clients range from institutional to local property owners, as well as local and regional tenants. A small sample of his clients include CA Ventures, Sperry Realty, StoneCreek Partners, Onward Investors, Price Brothers and Saint Luke’s Hospital.
