Abe Khan, Senior Sales & Leasing Associate, began his career in real estate nearly a decade ago. His extensive background in investment property sales and landlord work provided the solid foundation for his current retail sales, landlord representation, and leasing focus. Abe represents just over five million square feet of both anchored and unanchored retail space for lease in the Central PA region. He has a proven track record in the Industry and has been successful on all levels ranging from regional, local, and national tenants to single property owners and large REIT’s. Abe specializes in investment property sales and acquisitions as well as tenant and landlord representation. Abe greatly enjoys the tenant and landlord representation aspect of commercial real estate and has grown his national and regional accounts. Abe also assists other brokers within Bennett Williams with numerous other national retail representation accounts. Abe has received several sales achievement awards within the Bennett Williams organization including listing agent of the year and sales & leasing agent of the year and top producer for 2017. Abe is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and attends all Northeast conventions, networking events, and the national convention in Las Vegas every year. In 2017, Abe also joined the Retail Brokers Network. The Retail Brokers Network has over 65 independent commercial retail real estate offices providing their local expertise to retailers, developers, and investors within the United States.
