Abe Arteaga

Abe graduated from SMU in 2017 with an advertising degree through Meadow School of the Arts. He then obtained his real estate license through Champions School of Real Estate. Knowing the field of real estate would offer the versatility in the work environment that he craved. Abe enjoys tracking the market changes and new trends while adapting to different markets. His prior experience working as a recruiter for Axiom Strategies taught him that everyone possesses different wants and needs. This has greatly assisted his understanding and ability to quickly build rapport with his clientele. As a self-motivated entrepreneur who possesses both hustle and tenacity, Abe uses his problem-solving mindset and engaging personality to help build his network of connections. He is also interested in broadening his scope to include Investments and Sales in the near future. His tenant representation with Arwa Coffee, Baskin Robbins, Body 20, Bonchon, NeeHee’s, Little Caeser’s, Total by Verizon, and Qargo Coffee. Playing basketball, football and competitive games of squash are just a few ways he keeps busy in his spare time. He is also involved with the nonprofits Donate Life America and Boys & Girls Club.
