Abbey Dohring Ahern

Abbey Ahern is a founding member of the commercial brokerage division of Dohring Ahern, which she launched in 2005. Mrs. Ahern was then promoted to a Principal in 2014. Dohring Ahern has been in business for over 25 years in the Tampa Bay Area with headquarters in downtown Tampa. Mrs. Ahern’s experience is in Landlord and Tenant Representation, both in Sales and Leasing, with a particular focus on urban office and retail properties primarily in downtown Tampa. Mrs. Ahern has participated in several sizable development projects, centrally located between downtown Tampa, the Channel District and YBOR City. In 2021 alone, Mrs. Ahern participated in over $25.0 million in transactions involving the sale or lease of real property. Mrs. Ahern is immensely involved in her community, evidenced by her participation and leadership roles including the Channel District Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory; a Mayoral appointee to the board of directors of the Tampa Historic Streetcar; an executive board member and incoming chairperson of the Tampa Downtown Partnership; as well as the founder and past President of the Drana, an association of commercial property and business owners focused on improving downtown’s commercial district.
