Aaron Rosen is a Commercial Real Estate professional specializing in industrial and commercial property in the Tacoma area counties including Pierce, Thurston and South King. As a Tacoma native with over 10 years of professional experience in both commercial real estate and industry, Aaron has a deep understanding of the regional market. Highly consultative, Aaron works with both high net worth individual investors and large corporate entities on creating strategies around their business real estate and on executing purchase/sales and lease agreements. His experience as an industrial landlord, real estate investor and business owner inform his insights on both sides of the transaction and give him both breadth and depth of knowledge in the industrial sector.
