Aaron has worked with numerous retailers including but not limited to Kroger, Oliver Peoples, DJI, Warby Parker, Aesop Cosmetics, Valley Bank, Blinds to Go, SunTrust Bank, JANUS et Cie, Tremble, CVS, Grace Loves Lace, 54D, and Rukus Cycling Studio. He has also facilitated deals for many regional and national landlords including but not limited to The Related Group, Rockpoint Group, Goldman Properties, L3 Capital, Infinity Group, Tricera Capital, East End Capital, Tristar Capital, Brickman Real Estate, Sterling Organization, Apple Core Holdings, and Goldman Properties. Specializing in off-market investment sales, Aaron has helped facilitate numerous transactions through extensive investor relationships. Most recently, Aaron brokered the sale of 1200 Ocean Drive for $32,500,000 on behalf of both the seller & buyer. He also brokered the acquisition of the Delray Commons shopping center for $17,000,000 on behalf of the buyer Kroger, marking the company's first South Florida acquisition. Aaron is a native of South Florida and currently resides in Boca Raton with his wife Jackie and 2 children.
