Aaron Guerrero

Aaron Guerrero is a Principal at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Service, specializing in the sales and leasing of office and medical properties throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, with an emphasis on the submarkets from the Conejo Valley. Aaron joined Lee and Associates in August after 16 years at his previous company. His clients include both private and publicly-held companies, single practice physicians to sizable multi-million dollar medical groups such as UCLA. He has handled hundreds of leasing and sales transactions representing both Tenants and Landlords throughout his career. His work ethic and determination for success poise him to be among the industry leaders within the coming years. Aaron is also currently a member of the Westlake Village Rotary Club, where he serves as their current Membership Chair, he sits on the Board of Directors and is a Paul Harris Fellow recipient.
