Aaron Duncan

Aaron specializes in Landlord representation in Central Ohio, or what he summarizes as an "innovative approach to office space." Aaron represents ownership groups who are seeking re-brand and revitalize their assets. He is heavily involved in Central Ohio's CBD office market and is playing a pivotal role in Columbus's downtown renaissance and Class A Suburban submarkets. Aaron's key to forming long-term relationships with his clients is in his approach: a needs-based model that aligns brand with space and creates long-term office solutions that allow his clients’ assets to thrive. A bit traditional in his approach, Aaron believes that transparency and a firm handshake are the foundation of a successful partnership. Aaron is a graduate of The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He currently resides in Dublin, OH with his wife and three children. Aaron is an avid boating enthusiast, and spends as much time on the water as possible. On the rare occasion he has free time, he spends it playing golf, riding his Peloton bike, playing softball, or adventuring with his golden retriever, Gus.
