Aaron Bettencourt oversees the team’s analysis, underwriting, and execution of all transactions within the REZA Investment Group platform; specializing in asset valuation, financial modeling, lease analysis, and escrow/transaction management. Aaron and his team have been involved in the underwriting of billions of dollars of retail projects throughout the Western U.S. With over 20 years of experience with the REZA team, Aaron’s depth and breadth of experience drives significant value for the company’s client base, and his hands-on approach to managing the team and process of thoroughly underwriting assets at the inception of a listing assignment through meticulously managing the escrow process to closing is a key factor that differentiates the REZA platform from the competition. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate Law from the California Polytechnic University, Pomona.
