Mr. March has been working in the New Jersey market for his entire real estate career, which spans more than 38 years. Mr. March credits his many long-term client relationships and repeat assignments to his consultative, process-oriented approach to satisfying clients, which enhances a client's negotiating position and provides them with value-added services such as market surveys, lease abstracts, requests for proposals, financial analysis, expense audits, space planning and construction advice, relocation assistance and total project cost analysis. From 2000 to 2008, Mr. March completed over 750,000 square feet of transactions for Korean corporations and investors. In 2009, he represented Samsung in the leasing of its 225,000-square-foot corporate headquarters at 85 Challenger Road in Ridgefield Park. The following year, he represented LG Electronics in the acquisition of 111 Sylvan Avenue in Englewood Cliffs, consisting of 414,000 square feet on 27 acres, to be redeveloped as the company's North American headquarters. Both deals were finalists for the NAIOP's Creative and Economic Impact Deal of Year award, with the LG Electronics deal winning the top honor.
