The offering consists of two adjoining parcels that together form a rectangular shaped site consisting of approximately 54.93 acres of land. The property sits just north of Bundy Canyon Road, about two and a half miles from its intersection with the I-15 freeway and borders the city of Lake Elsinore at its northwest corner. Its topography is mountainous throughout with a maximum elevation of about 2,100 feet above sea level at its peak, however it does flatten out towards the north end of the property. Per the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District’s website, the property does not have access to nearby sewer, but there appears to be water access at the corner of Bundy Canyon Road and Harvest Way. Both need to be confirmed by the water district. Per the recent General Plan update, both the property's zoning and land use are designated as Rural Mountainous which allows for residential development on large sized lots in addition to other auxiliary uses.
