Vintner Square is a Target, Petco, Marshalls, Ross, Ulta, Party City, and Grocery Outlet anchored regional shopping center located at the northwest corner of Duportail Street and Queensgate Drive. The center benefits from easy access to and from I-182 and the adjacent retail which include Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Gold's Gym, and Fairchild Cinemas. Additionally the opening of the Duportail Bridge has increased traffic to the center significantly as access to the center is now much easier for those residents living in Northeast Richland. In fact the center went from 3.4 million visits in 2019 to 4.2 million visits in 2021, a near 25% increase in traffic.
