Vintner Square is a Target, Petco, Marshalls, Ross, Ulta, and Grocery Outlet anchored regional shopping center located at the northwest corner of Duportail Street and Queensgate Drive. The center benefits from easy access to and from I-182 and the adjacent retail which include Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Gold's Gym, and Fairchild Cinemas. Additionally Costco has commenced construction behind the center on a new warehouse, further solidifying this area as the main retail hub for Richland. In 2024 the center saw 5.41 million visits making it the second busiest center in the Tri-Cities.
